Absolutely. You can use your existing domain name. You have the option to transfer the domain name to us, then we will manage it, or keep it with the current registrar and update the domain record to point to your account with us (details are provided once the account is setup).
We can help, but you need to migrate your website to our platform. Migration to our platform will often be done at no cost to you, depending on the migration requirements. Best is to get in touch with us to discuss your specific case.
For more than 90% of the websites we set up, we do the initial setup for FREE. Certain websites, where significant development is required, such as marketplace and auction websites, may attract a once-off setup fee.
Absolutely. Once your website is set up, we give you access to the account administration portal, it includes Content Management System (CMS), which you will use to manage your website content. This includes not only product information, but also collections (categories), information pages, blog articles, menus and navigation elements and other content, such as banner and slider images, testimonials, F.A.Q. etc.
Yes. All our package come with email hosting with standard IMAP access. The default email setup is such as that incoming emails to your primary public email address (typically info@) will be routed to the CRM system and will appear as Customer Enquiries in the administration portal. You can then respond to the customer enquiry by typing an email or using pre-configured templates.
We do not limit the number of email addresses you can have in your account and you can manage them yourself, as well as setup aliases / redirects, through your website administration portal.
No. When you sign-up with us, your package includes the hosting of your website. Many hosting packages offered by 3rd party providers are not suitable for e-commerce, but even if they are the complexity of the setup on a 3rd party hosting is too high and we do not offer such option. We are able to offer dedicated infrastructure to large companies, should this be required, but it will still be managed and hosted by us.
It depends on the selected design, the required customisations and how busy we are at the time of your order. Most websites are set up with 2 days to 45 days. High complexity websites, such as marketplace and auction websites, may take longer. Contact Us to discuss your specific case.
